For their broadband customers, that is. While not quite the "Free internet for everyone!" initiative that we'd like to see, it is certainly a boon to anyone with a Pro, Elite, or FastAccess account. But wait, there's more! AT andT phone customers without broadband access will be able to sign up for a low monthly fee of $1.99. The rest of the world is free to jump on as well, though they'll have to pony up $7.99/day for the privileged. Looks like it pays to be affiliated. Those that do sign on will be granted unlimited access to over 10,000 hotspots.
